1.2. These Terms govern your use of the website and your purchase of our seasonal ritual boxes (“Products”).
1.3. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept any changes.

2.1. You confirm you are at least 18 years old.
2.2. You agree to provide accurate and current contact, payment, and delivery information.
2.3. You must not misuse the website, interfere with security, or infringe on any rights.

3.1. Our Products are curated in small seasonal batches. Product images, contents, and packaging may vary depending on availability.
3.2. All rituals and wellness guidance are general suggestions only and do not replace medical or professional advice.
3.3. You are responsible for ensuring that any product is suitable for your personal needs before use.

4.1. You may purchase:

A Seasonal Subscription Box billed every 3 months; or

A One-Off Seasonal Box, no ongoing billing.

4.2. All subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
4.3. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before your next billing date or the next box will be processed and charged.
4.4. A minimum of two seasonal boxes is required before cancellation. After two boxes, you may cancel or skip upcoming boxes.

5.1. All prices are listed in AUD.
5.2. Payment is processed at the time of order through secure payment providers.
5.3. Pricing may change at any time; changes will not affect orders already placed.

6.1. We currently ship within Australia and New-Zealand. Other international enquiries are welcome. Please contact us for options.
6.2. Australia-wide shipping available via Australia Post: $9.99 standard shipment for up to 2 one-time purchase boxes order, free shipping for 3 and above one-time purchase boxes in Australia. 

6.3. New-Zealand shipment available via Australia Post: standard shipment between major metropolitan areas AU$16.30, Express shipment between major metropolitan areas AUS$33.30.
6.4. Boxes are shipped in the first week of each season, so they arrive before solstices and equinoxes.
6.5. Please ensure your delivery address is correct.
6.6. If your address is incorrect or outdated, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the box.

7.1. As our boxes include consumables and artisan-made items, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
7.2. If your box arrives damaged:

Contact us within 7 days

Provide clear photos of damage
We will assess whether a replacement or suitable alternative can be provided.
7.3. Opened or used items cannot be refunded.
7.4. If an item is unavailable, a similar product of equal value will be substituted.

8.1. All content on this website (text, images, branding) belongs to Libakan or our licensors.
8.2. You may not copy, share, or reuse content without written permission.

9.1. You use this website and our products at your own risk.
9.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Libakan is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9.3. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
