Your box is shipped:

In the first week of each new season,
to arrive before the Solstice or Equinox.

Address Changes

Please update your address at least 7 days before dispatch.
We cannot replace or refund boxes shipped to incorrect addresses.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns for change of mind.
